Vinedo Chadwick Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Size:750 ML moderate and warmer climesOften called Chile's First Growth, Viedo Chadwick selects Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from its granitic, iron rich soils in Puente Alto. Hand harvested fruit is sorted berry by berry, cold soaked for color amplification, and fermented in small batch oak vats with daily punch downs. Post fermentation maceration extends tannin integration before pressing. The wine matures 22 months in 100% new French oak two coopers, multiple toasts to sculpt depth and
